Szczesny: "Arsenal have to win the title this season."

Wojciech Szczesny is currently on loan at Roma after Petr Cech has come in and made the position his own, inevitably.

Szczesny recently spoke to the Polish national team's youtube channel about his parent club, refecting on how we've done so far in the season.

"I watch all Arsenal games, of course.”
"And I hope they will be champions, honestly. I spoke to Theo Walcott yesterday and told him they have to win it, but it’s going to make me look like some kind of idiot!"

"They never won it when I was there and now, 'Oh look, Szczesny is gone so it’s obvious what the problem was."

"I’m joking, but maybe it’s true after all. I was there for four seasons, there were other goalkeepers before me and they didn’t win the title either."

"Of course it stings a bit, I won't say it hurts because I'm an Arsenal fan and when I watch the games."
"I always want them to win, I really hope they will be champions, but it's obvious that I'd prefer to see them win games 5-4 rather than 1-0."

This is definitely the season that we should be looking to push on. After back-to-back FA Cups, it only feels right that we make a proper push for that spot that we've been longing to get to for years.
